When you are done with the computer, please click on the “End Session” button in the Personal Session Manager window. Do not shut down the computer. Reducing the pool of live computers may prevent other users’ sessions from renewing at the end of an hour, and if the computer is shut down without ending the session, the system will think the user is still signed in.
If you don’t see the Personal Session Manager window, check the Task Bar at the bottom of the screen. The window may be minimized.
Before ending your session, make sure you exit all applications (e.g., Internet Explorer and Microsoft Word). Again, check the Task Bar for any windows that you may have minimized during your session.
