If you open Internet Explorer and get a message that the page cannot be loaded, don’t assume that our Internet service is down. It might be only our website that is having a problem. If the home page doesn’t open, click in the Address bar at the top of the window and type in another URL, e.g. www.google.com or www.yahoo.com. If you can get to another website, the Internet connection is okay, it’s the site set as the browser’s home page that is down.
